CST can provide a belt weigher expert to troubleshoot problems on your site, wherever it may be. We currently service, repair and calibrate belt weighers of all makes. Our service technicians have extensive industry experience on all makes of belt weighers. We can make any weigher perform to the best of its capacity.

Our services include not only repair and replacement of faulty weighing system hardware but also include planning for trade certification work. We have our own portable weigh bridge to be used to certify a belt weigher for trade use.

It is important to recognise that conveyor conditions can affect belt weigher performance. CST can report on sticking GTU's, bad belt tracking, idler roller wear and belt condition. CST would also expect to rectify belt weigher alignment problems as a part of troubleshooting and rectification work.
