CST’s Non-Intrusive variant is a weightometer that can be installed to a conveyor without the need for modification of the conveyor structure.
The installation of any industry standard beltweigher to a conveyor structure would require the removal of angular bracing, cross bracing and any other structural steel located within the conveyor section where the beltweigher is to be located. Removal of structural steel potentially weakens the conveyor and requires re-engineering of the truss or conveyor modules.
CST’s Non-Intrusive beltweigher is designed to sit above any variation of conveyor without the need for removal of structure, saving on required site modification work and re-engineering costs.
A precision fully suspended 4 point conveyor weighing system
No modification to existing conveyor structure Saves on engineering costs No weakening of the truss or conveyor module for installation Can be designed to suit any conveyor Direct force measurement (no lever arms, pivots or bearings) Low profile design Factory or site assembled CST roll height adjustment CAMs (CST weigh quality idlers) Galvanised and or painted to customer specification Solid mild steel construction or stainless steel for extreme environments Australian made Accuracy up to +/- 0.25% error - application engineered Designed for minimal material build up
